OCB Basketball Fundraiser
This is a reminder of the advertised special Board of Education meeting tonight at 7:00 PM in the high school auditorium.
The Jim Thorpe Area School District will be on a 2-hour delay today. Please take your time coming to school as there are reports of several areas of black ice at this time throughout the county.
With the timing of the possible heavy ice arriving in our higher elevations making an early dismissal not possible and our regular dismissal possibly hazardous, the Jim Thorpe Area School District will be moving to a flexible instruction day today. Please have your students check their learning platform for assignments by 8:30. To be marked present for the day, your child must complete all of the assigned work. Teacher office hours will be available for assistance. If you have any questions, please contact your child's teacher.
The 7th & 8th Grade winter semi-formal has been rescheduled for Friday, 2/9/24. Time and location is still 6:00-9:00 at LB Morris. If you already registered your student, you do not need to re-register.
